Paul joins Magnetic with over 15 years of proven leadership experience in senior management, communications, culture strategy, and community building. As VP of People Operations, he is responsible for all initiatives related to building a robust culture, establishing the infrastructure to help our people grow and succeed, while also steering our workplace engagement strategy.
Prior to joining Magnetic, Paul held the position of VP, Global Head of Talent Management at LivePerson, an early pioneer and market leader in digital engagement solutions, allowing companies to create meaningful connections with their customers through messaging. Paul held three leadership roles during his seven-year tenure at LivePerson, and he was a significant driver and architect of transformative culture and talent initiatives during periods of tremendous global growth (5x global workforce), including several award winning projects related to NYC’s best places to work, Nielsen Norman’s Intranet Design 2012 award, and Crain’s 2015 Best Places to Work list.
