Leah Morell
Leah Morell is a Product Management Analyst within Lockheed Martin Enterprise Operations, responsible for collaboration and social media engagements, and organizational change. Enterprise Operations consist of Corporate Headquarters, located in Bethesda, MD, and Enterprise Business Services, located virtually across the United States. Corporate Headquarters contains executive leadership and support staff. Enterprise Business Services provides common systems and services used within Lockheed Martin business units, along with support for corporate Information Technology needs. Lockheed Martin Enterprise Operations holds no government or commercial contracts, and does no manufacturing.
Mrs. Morell has been with Lockheed Martin since 2001, and has combined background in information technology, business, and project and product management. Mrs. Morell received her Bachelor of Science degree in Information Studies from the Florida State University and Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
Mrs. Morell is a member of the Project Management Institute, the Lockheed Martin Management Club, and is a leader of several Communities of Practice in Lockheed Martin. Mrs. Morell is also committed to volunteerism and improving the community as a member of the Junior League of Tampa.
Tolga Senel
Tolga Senel is Manager of the Web and Interface Development team at Moffitt Cancer Center. As a part of the Information Technology department, his team is responsible for any internal and external Web application development and systems integration across the organization. Mr. Senel develops strategic plans to integrate the use of the electronic user interfaces throughout Moffitt by providing the internal and external audiences with Web-based applications, leveraging Microsoft’s .Net platform along with the new and improved Sharepoint 2010 collaboration application suite.
His team developed Moffitt’s new Patient Portal and published it in July 2009. The portal provides a secure way of displaying clinical information to Moffitt’s patients and is connected directly into Moffitt’s Data Warehouse. The portal has a current user volume of more than 3,500.
Mr. Senel is also responsible for managing the developers who integrate systems from various sources – business, financial and clinical – by using industry-standard messaging gateways.
He has more than 12 years of experience in health care IT and has been with Moffitt Cancer Center since 2005. He is a graduate of Northwest Missouri State University and is currently attending the University of South Florida to obtain his master's degree in Management Information Systems. A native of Istanbul, Turkey, Mr. Senel has lived in the United States since 1993.
