Magnetic has been named the #1 company in personalization services to the IR Top 1000 for the eighth year in a row! The list ranks and analyzes the top e-commerce technology providers that service America’s top 1,000 e-retailers.

According to a study by EConsultancy and The CMO Club, over 90% of marketers continue to struggle with separate, non-connected channels. According to a study by Magnetic and Retail TouchPoints, which looked at people’s retail expectations compared to retailer realities, 81% of respondents said they want to find what they’re looking for, to see product reviews and recommendations, and ultimately buy the product when and how they want. Survey respondents (i.e. consumers) also pointed out that the most important element of the shopping journey is making sure the online experience is easy—and relevant.
