As a Web Developer for Magnetic, your primary role will be to research, design and develop advanced web-based applications for our clients. The ideal candidate will be a sharp individual interested in working on a wide variety of websites involving numerous business areas and using the latest technology. Gain experience working with multiple companies, in multiple industries from around the country without working on the same project for your entire career. The ideal candidate should be well spoken, have excellent time management skills, and be comfortable working within budget and deadline constraints.

• Developing new web-based applications.
• Making updates to existing web sites.
• Perform programming assignments for web-based applications requiring knowledge of established programming languages and database requirements.
• Deliver projects on budget, on strategy, on specification and on time.
• Collaborating with and supporting the needs of project team members.
• Ability to multi-task; Can-do attitude; Organized; Detail-oriented.

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience developing web sites in ASP.NET (C# or VB.NET).
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience designing and developing relational databases using SQL Server.
• Proficiency in the following applications: Visual Studio, SQL Management Studio, IIS.
• Excellent knowledge of current web development practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of and experience with technologies used in web site front-ends, including but not limited to HTML, CSS, AJAX and JavaScript.
• SharePoint Knowledge and Experience a plus, but not required.
• Experience in the development and deployment of E-Commerce web-based applications a plus, but not required.
• Ability to scope out next generation web technologies and trends with a goal of keeping the company on pace with technical advancements in the field.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
