NEW YORK – May 14, 2015 – Digital advertising technology company, Magnetic (www.magnetic.com), announced today that Mark Pinney has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In addition, Magnetic promoted Sandeep Swadia to Chief Operating Officer (COO). Sandeep previously served as the company’s Chief Strategy Officer for a year.

Mark brings more than two decades of seasoned finance experience in the technology space, including CFO roles at large ad tech companies such as Tremor Video, Real Media and Tacoda as well as at ecommerce startups including Lot18 and Vimeo.
