Magnetic Moves Web Development Operations to a 6,480 Square-Foot Office Building in the Tampa Palms Professional Center
(Tampa, FL - March 13, 2006) - Magnetic, a Tampa Web Development firm, today announced the move of its corporate headquarters to the Tampa Palms Professional Center. Magnetic purchased the 6,480-square-foot office building located at 5325 Primrose Lake Circle in May 2005. The recently completed building is part of a 38-acre office development site on Commerce Park Boulevard in New Tampa.
"The past year provided record growth and necessitated the need to expand our business operations, " said Ken Bakunas, CEO of Magnetic. "We were fortunate to have the opportunity to oversee the design and construction of a building that almost triples our previous office space."
The building's interior design creates a vibrant, modern, and open atmosphere. Design elements include powerful interior colors, stained concrete floors, glass bricks, and ergonomically correct indirect lighting. In addition, the back exterior of the building features a wooden deck that overlooks a lake and nature preserve.
"We are excited to make the move into our own building," said Jennifer Bakunas, President of Magnetic. "The open floor plan and modern interior design features provide a more creative and collaborative environment for our employees and will help to support our continuing growth."
Magnetic's new office is conveniently located less than a mile from the intersection of I-75 and Bruce B. Downs Boulevard. The construction of an I-75 flyover will connect New Tampa Boulevard and Cross Creek Boulevard to the office's front door. In the future, a proposed East-West toll road to I-275 will provide an express route from the office to downtown Tampa and Pinellas County.
Since 2000, Magnetic occupied 2,343-square-feet of office space in a commercial building located in Highwoods Preserve, next to the Worldcom Corporate Campus.
Magnetic will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony at their office building in conjunction with the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday, March 22, 2006 at 3:30 p.m.
