Web Development Company Magnetic Purchases 6,480 Square-Foot Office Building at Tampa Palms Professional Center
(Tampa, FL - May 16, 2005) - Magnetic, a Tampa Web development company, recently purchased a new 6,480-square-foot office building at Tampa Palms Professional Center located on Commerce Park Boulevard. With an anticipated move-in date of November 2005, this new building, currently under construction, promises to be a sound financial investment and signifies a sizable expansion for the technology company, almost tripling the office space of its current 2,343-square-foot facility located in Highwoods Preserve.

Located at 5325 Primrose Lake Circle, Magnetic's new office will sit less than a mile from the intersection of I-75 and Bruce B. Downs Boulevard. The construction of an I-75 flyover will connect New Tampa Boulevard and Cross Creek Boulevard to the office's front door. In the future, a proposed East-West toll road to I-275 will provide an express route to downtown Tampa and Pinellas County.
The new building's interior will feature a modern and open atmosphere with stained concrete floors and indirect, ergonomically correct, lighting. The design strives to foster and support creativity among Magnetic's employees.
In addition, the back exterior of the building contains a wooden deck overlooking a lake and preserve that attracts herons, cranes, and other Florida wildlife. Magnetic initially plans to sublease a 2,215-square-foot portion of the building to another undetermined tenant.
