TAMPA, Fla. – January 22, 2010 – Magnetic, a full-service web design and development company based in Tampa, Florida, today announced the launch of its new corporate website, Magnetic.com.
“Our new website showcases our expertise, and the full range of website design, development and online marketing services we provide to our clients. We’re extremely excited to begin a new year with a website that is a model for all of the best practices we recommend to our clients for their own websites,” said Magnetic President Jennifer Bakunas.
The new website features several new components, including an expanded Portfolio section with an interactive coverflow highlighting the best of Magnetic’s web designs, and a more easy-to-use, intuitive navigation.
“As a web development company, it’s important that we show our clients that we have the capabilities to construct websites that are at the forefront of leading design and development techniques, and that are easy to navigate for their customers,” said Bakunas.
The centerpiece of the new website is the use of Flash and custom video, with Flash-based videos sprinkled throughout the site. According to Bakunas, “Video has very quickly become a necessary component in website design and many businesses are now utilizing videos on their sites for a variety of reasons. The videos created for the new Magnetic website allow our visitors to more closely connect with our company and our culture.”
