Magnetic, an Internet development company founded in 1997 celebrating our 10th year anniversary seeks an Account Manager to help manage and grow our client relationships and oversee all aspects of project coordination for existing and new clientele. As an Account Manager for Magnetic, you will be responsible for client satisfaction and the management of project deliverables to ensure that your assigned projects are on time, on budget, and high quality. The ideal candidate should be well spoken, have excellent time management skills, and be comfortable working within budget and deadline constraints.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage project relationship with assigned clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction, while targeting 100% client reference-ability.
  • Ensure the long-term success and satisfaction of the individual client relationships.
  • Interacting daily with clients via phone and email contact, to support requests.
  • Interact and communicate with clients in regards to project checkpoints, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Understand all disciplines enough to provide a quality assurance check of project deliverables.
  • Collaborate with resources on assigned projects to ensure that requirements are understood and deadlines are met.
  • Review project progress throughout development cycle to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Lead projects and initiatives to delivery.
  • Advise client on best industry standards and practices.
  • Create quotes for requested client updates or additional development work.
  • Recognize and act upon opportunities for offering additional Magnetic services to clients.
  • Work effectively with various aspects of Internet Development (User Experience, Production, and Project Management).
  • Deliver projects on budget, on strategy, on specification, and on time.
  • Ability to multi-task; Can-do attitude; Organized; Detail-oriented.
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years Project Management or Account Management experience.
  • Past experience in account or project management in a Web Development environment preferred.
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to prioritize activities on a daily basis to accomplish project goals.
  • Ability to generate and maintain budgets and schedules.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong facilitation skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with standard project management tools.
  • Knowledge of programs and toolsets utilized in the projects management processes.
  • Knowledge of web development technology practices and processes.
  • Willing to learn new things, be open to challenges, and thrive on success.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Title: Sales Executive

Magnetic, an Internet development company founded in 1997, seeks an experienced technology sales professional with consultative selling experience. Magnetic is looking for a high energy, motivated individual who can work independently selling web services. The candidate should have prior experience selling consultancy or technology services and have experience working in a high-paced, quota-driven environment. The candidate selected will be supplied with inbound leads, in addition to seeking out new opportunities through both networking and prospecting. This position is a base salary plus commission position with uncapped earning potential via a generous commission structure.

Responsibilities:
  • Identifying new clients and opportunities, prospecting and lead management
  • Negotiating contracts and closing opportunities
  • Selling Web Services (consultative sales) including: Web Design, Web Development, Electronic Marketing, Web Hosting Services
  • Providing functional requirements for projects
  • Assisting in proposal development
  • Ability to multi-task; Can-do attitude; Organized; Detail-oriented
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of direct sales experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in IT Consulting, web services or software sales
  • Track record of exceeding or meeting assigned sales goals
  • Bachelors Degree
