Shriners Hospital for Children
The Shriners private Intranet system allows doctors and scientists to apply for grants funded by the Shriners organization. The system keeps their information from year to year and tracks many points of information that assist the Shriners approval panel in reviewing each research application and making approve/deny decisions on those applications. Grant applicants can also log into the system at any time to edit, review, or add to their information.
Previously, this system of applying for grants was entirely paper-driven and required hundreds of hours simply pulling the papers together. During the final 2 weeks before each application deadline, there would be multiple conference rooms lined from floor to ceiling with these applications and supporting research materials.
Bringing the system to an online Intranet framework has assisted Shriners in organizing and streamlining their grant application and approval process, as well as preserving data for future use.

Namasco
The goal of the Intranet project was to provide Namasco employees with easy access to internal documents for Human Resources, Benefits and Marketing, as well as tools for working within the Namasco system, such as remote desktop, remote application access and various email systems.
The Intranet site contains a company directory with an integrated messaging system that allows employees to quickly and effectively communicate with each other, even if the employee does not have access to email. The dashboard section of the site provides local weather information as well as company news, ensuring that employees are always up to date with the latest information regarding Namasco.

Clockwork Home Services
Clockwork Home Services operates franchise brands in the service and repair industry. The purpose of the Clockwork Home Services Intranet is to provide franchise managers with reporting tools that can help them make timely business decisions.
Information that was previously collected and stored in a multitude of Excel spreadsheets is now put into the Intranet system, and aggregated into a suite of sophisticated, real-time reports.
