We are back to our regularly scheduled programming to tout our Change is Good mantra, although lately I have been feeling like things are changing for the weird. Christmas trees were hung upside down for the holiday, people are now eating Tide Pods, and this man in Oklahoma City stole $400 worth of beef jerky from a convenience store this week.

As with most things, change is about learning what works and what doesn’t in hopes of making us more flexible, driving us to be smarter, and reminding us that anything (yes, anything) is possible.
Today we will dive into two examples of change that are positive reinforcements that things are indeed getting better.
Companies like Hello Fresh, Blue Apron, and Plated have all jumped on the on-demand, subscriptions-based, meal prep train to give customers some of their time back. These services provide everything you need to make meals in under an hour – and this foodie can confirm they’re all restaurant worthy dishes.
Advancements in automation and AI offer the same main benefit – time back in your day.
