Horizon Media has honored our NYC Account Executive, Eddie Kwak, as the winner of the prestigious “Rep Your Rep” Contest. Specifically, this award recognizes Eddie’s dedication and attention to Horizon’s client, a leading mattress brand.
How does one win such an award? As an agency partner, the person needs to exceed expectations in problem solving, innovative thinking, and business knowledge. And Eddie has done just that.
According to Horizon, Eddie shows innovative thinking in a space that is very data-centric. He is inquisitive about his clients, understands the need for data attention and is eager to continuously improve performance over time.
Horizon’s client presented an interesting challenge in that it is a direct response brand, but the majority of sales occur in-store. With this unique challenge, tactics like Magnetic’s search retargeting play a huge role. They connect with very qualified and interested consumers. Throughout the campaign, Eddie ensured his team paid close attention to daily pacing and metrics, and even called out any drastic changes in bounce rates and click through rates to get ahead of Horizon’s qualified unique visitor traffic.
Eddie made multiple recommendations on better ways to optimize, which played into the entire campaign metrics as a whole.
