NEW YORK, March 14, 2017 – Marketing technology company Magnetic (www.magnetic.com), has appointed Dave Villano to the role of Chief Technology Officer. In this role, Villano will lead technology strategy, data science, development and operations of Magnetic’s marketing platform.
Villano joins Magnetic from Operative Media Inc., a developer of advertising management and programmatic software and services for publishers, agencies and networks where he served as the company’s Chief Technology Officer. Villano joins Magnetic’s leadership team in New York and will report to James Green, CEO.

Dave brings years of experience in the technology space including enterprise technology, architecture and operational lead roles for Cablevision. In his most recent stint at Operative Media he was responsible for product development, engineering and infrastructure for the company’s digital advertising management platform.
